Fee Schedule

Training and Conditioning

Full training is always recommended for the full time show horse, but for the more seasoned horse and rider team conditioning is a great way to stay in tune. Rates do not include board, shoeing or other expenses.

Training

Horses are worked a minimum of five days a week and one private lesson/ week is included at no cost

$450/month

Conditioning

Horses are worked a minimum of three days/ week and two private lessons a month are included at no cost.

$350/month

Lessons

Private lessons are $65 and can be paid for ahead of time each month for $220. These must be used within two months of the purchase date, or become no longer valid.

Clinics

Rates are negotiable ahead of time with a minimum charge of $200/ day.

Lease/Half Lease

Numerous horses are available for half or full lease at any given time for show or pleasure. Leasing is a great way to have access to a horse for your use without the long term commitment of owning a horse.

Lessees are responsible for paying (either half or full, depending on the lease):

board
training
shoeing
vet expenses and any other needed supplements or extra care costs

Three, six, nine and twelve month contracts are available. Horses available for lease.

Board Rates

We offer more than just a place to keep your horse...

Included in the board fees are the following services:

Premium Feed: Two flakes of Orchard hay
One 5lb scoop of complete feed with Timothy, Alfalfa, Oat hay or senior feed pellets, flax seed, beet pulp and bran for daily lunch
Four daily observation rounds
Two cleanings per day
Fly control
Two times weekly of fresh shavings
Blanketing, fly sheets, day sheets, fly masks, etc...
Three times per week lunging or turn outs
Private/semi private tack shed
Monthly touch up shaving
Supplement feeding-owner supplies supplements

Pole Barn

Pole barn stalls are half covered and fully enclosed with mesh fencing and equipped with mats and shavings as well as an automatic fly system. Rates vary depending on stall size.

12' x 24' and 12' x 36' stalls available.

$475- 500

Show Barn

Coming Soon: A brand new show barn will be built to house a full scale breeding and training operation. Check back to see our progress. In and out stalls will be available.

$625-650

Pasture Rates

Pastures have shelters and can be shared by up to two horses each. Four available.

$400
